LIFE'S MESSIEST QUESTIONS

WITH MORE FLEXIBILITY,

AUTHENTICITY, AND SELF-TRUST.

I SHOULD…

have this figured out by now.

🔹

be more organized.

🔹

want to grow my practice.

🔹

stop complaining.

🔹

know how to run a business.

🔹

be working instead of resting.

🔹

be able to do this on my own.

🔹

have more energy.

🔹

feel more confident than this.

🔹

know what I want.

🔹

stop overthinking everything.

🔹

be caught up by now.

🔹

be better at setting boundaries.

🔹

feel like myself again.

Every “I should” carries shame, guilt, and pressure to be someone you’re not.

So let’s toss those “shoulds” in the trash and start fresh.

Here’s what actually matters:
✔️ Giving yourself permission to rest without earning it
✔️ Asking for help before you hit the wall
✔️ Building systems that work for you (not against you)
✔️ Letting authenticity win over comparison
✔️ Choosing progress instead of perfection
✔️ Defining success on your own terms
✔️ Creating space to breathe, build, and just be

Because you don’t need to “should” your way into into a better life. You need space to figure out what actually fits you.

Hey, I’m Becca 👋🏼

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, business owner, coach, educator, and creator who has spent years trying to make sense of what it means to help people without losing yourself in the process.

As an ADHDer and real-life human, I know what it’s like to build something meaningful inside systems that do not always support the way your brain works, your values, or the life you actually want.

My work shows up in a lot of different ways. I provide therapy, coach therapists and helpers, create practical resources, host Professionally Messy, and continue building The Therapy Office into a place where people can do meaningful work with more support and less isolation.

The common thread is simple: helping humans make sense of themselves, their work, and the lives they’re building.

I’ve spent a lot of money building my practice.

Some of those investments were transformative. Some weren’t.

I know what it feels like to hit “purchase” and wonder, “Is this actually worth it?”

I don’t want that to be your experience here.

So before you ever spend a dollar, I want you to see how I think.

The Make It Make Sense Guide lays out the systems, sequencing, and decisions most people quietly gatekeep about private practice. It’s layered, honest, and grounded in real-world experience.

I’ve been told I probably give too much away in it.

Maybe 🙃 But clarity shouldn’t feel like a gamble.

Start there.
